Important Information

Your cart is automatically configured to ensure proper activation and compatibility.

• Devices require a plan and SIM. Phones cannot be purchased without an associated plan and SIM card.
• If you bring your own device (BYOD): The correct SIM is automatically added based on the plan you choose. If you need to make changes, remove the plan first, then adjust the SIM if needed.
• If you purchase a phone with a plan: The phone, plan, and SIM are linked together. To make changes, you must remove the phone first, which will also remove the associated plan and SIM.

 If you are porting your number, click the Port-In link on the SIM card item and enter your existing carrier credentials Do this before you check out.  We cannot port a number to an active sim.

SIM cards ship ready to activate, 

• Your number will not port over until you receive your new device or SIM card. 
• This prevents your current line from being disconnected before you receive your new phone or sim.
• Once you are ready to activate you do so here. My Sim(s)
